Curriculum-External

Overview:

Learners are able to select curriculum external from the course catalog only if curriculum external is setup for public access.

Administrative user is able to add curriculum external course type by selecting the "Add New" button on the course listing grid and then selecting Course Type equals to Curriculum and checking the "External" check box.
