Overview:
This feature allows administrative user to configure email templates for programmed notifications to learners.
Note: All default templates from Email Template Management will be shown in the list of Email Correspondence Configuration.

The Email correspondence configuration grid lists email correspondence templates. The email template grid has Email Template and Type (event) data columns. Email templates are defined for standards events like Certificate, Registration, Payment, etc.
The email templates are defined under Setup -> Email Template Management menu option. |

Preview |

Click Preview button to review how the email will look. The Preview Email Template interface will be shown.
The Preview Email Template interface has two tabs, i.e., “Preview” and “Preview with data.” The Preview tab shows email text with tokens or placeholders which will be replaced with actual values when emails are sent. Example tokens are First Name, Last Name, Course Title, etc. enclosed with opening "[[" and closing square brackets "]]."
The Preview with data tab shows how the email will look with actual data replacing tokens. |

Edit |

Click Edit icon to edit the Email template record. |

Save & Cancel |

Click Save button to save the email correspondence configurations.
Click Cancel button to cancel the action of updating details. |
