Pre & Post-Assessment Comparison

Overview:

Administrative user will be able to compare pre and post-assessment performance of learners at the course level. Comparison will be summarized in a graphic view.

Information is grouped into three sections as mentioned below based on questions' setup/relationship for the pre-assessment and post-assessment stages.

Filters

Administrative user will be able to filter records by the following filters:

• Select Course Code: Select or enter the course code for which the administrative user wants to review answers statistics for each question the learner has responded to. System displays list of course code(s) starting with the name typed in. Use the up and down arrow keys to select the required code and press Enter or Tab key.

• Learner Type: Select the learner type from the drop down menu for which information can be shown. For example, All, MDS Member, Non-Member, etc.

• Participant Filter(s): This section shows filters related to the learners.

•Profession: Select the profession from the drop down menu. For example, Clinician, Clinician-General Neurologist, Clinician-Movement Disorder, Specialist, etc.

•Area of Expertise: Select area of expertise from the drop down menu. For example, Basic Science, Clinical Psychology, General Medicine, etc.

	Search
	Click the Search button to run the report based on the filter(s) selected. The course information summary and information about learner's performance will be shown in different sections.

System displays summary and details based on the filter criteria selected:

Course Information

The Course Information section shows below information of the selected course code.

•Job Code: Course code of the course

•Title: Course Title

•Date: Shows course type if the course is other than Live-type course. It will display the course date for Live-type course.

Learner's Summary

The Learner's Summary information section shows counts of relevant activities/information of the selected course.

•Total Completer(s): Number of learners who completed the course.

•No. of Pre-tests: Number of learners who completed the pre-assessment stage of the course.

•No. of Post-tests: Number of learners who completed the post-assessment stage of the course.

•Total Certificates Issued: Number of certificate(s) issued for the selected course.

Learners performance for questions which are configured for both the stages, i.e., Pre- and Post-test:

Question Answer Detail

This part shows question and answer details like question test, answer options, correct answer, etc.

For each option, it shows the percentage (%) value of the learners who selected that option along with the count (N) for Pre- and Post-test.

Summary

The Summary information will be shown at the bottom part of the question. It shows information like:

•Number of Pre Respondents

•Number of Pre Respondents who skipped this question

•Number of Post Respondents

•Number of Post Respondents who skipped this question

Graphical Representation

The Graphical Representation section shows percentage (%) value of each option learners have responded to for a question in Pre- and Post-test stages.
