Discussion Board Management

Overview:

This feature is mainly available for Online courses. You can configure questions at the course level that are available after learner is logged in to LMS.

Discussion board lists validated questions and answers along with uploaded content at the question asking level. Discussion board section may have pre-configured Q&As.

Only course manager can make answered questions public and post on discussion board.

Discussion board shows question with learner’s information for who asked the question, answer with faculty’s information for who answered the question, and uploaded content (if applicable for public viewing).

	Questions Grid
	The Questions grid lists all validated questions. It displays data such as Question, Course Code, Course Title, question’s active/inactive status, etc.

Filter

Use the Filter option available for each data column in the listing grid to filter records based on that data column.

	Export To Excel
	Click Export To Excel button to export discussion board questions detail into MS Excel file.

	Edit
	Click Edit button to update question and answer detail.

	Delete
	Click Delete button to remove question from the discussion board.
