Overview:
This feature allows administrative user to add faculty to the course. The Add Faculty option is available at top right corner of Faculty grid as shown below:

Submit |

Click Submit button to save faculty record.
System displays message once record has been saved successfully and the newly associated faculty with the course will be listed in the faculty grid. |

Faculty is now associated with the course:

Faculty Image |
|
|
Select the faculty photo file. Click Select Files to browse and select the image from the location it resides.
Note: Image size must be 550 x 550 pixels. |

|
|
Description |
|
|
Enter required description about the faculty member. Use the text editor features to apply formatting to the content.

Is Active |
|
|
Check or uncheck check box to set the faculty active or inactive. Active faculty will be available to be associated with the course(s). |

|
Save & Cancel |
|
|
Click Save button to save the faculty record. The saved faculty will be available to be associated with the current course.
Click Cancel button to cancel the adding a new faculty member. |

Edit |

Click Edit to edit the faculty record.
