Add Mapping

The Add Mapping option allows you to map/ link different badge(s) with the course.

Click Add Mapping option to add badge to the course and describe detail related to badge course mapping.

Badge

Select the Badge from the drop down menu. Badges are defined and managed under Module Management -> Badge Management option.

Badge Image

Badge image will be shown based on the badge selected.

Description

Enter details about this badge mapping with the course. Use Text Editor features to apply formatting to description text.

Earning Criteria

Enter earning criteria.

Criteria URL

Enter criteria URL.

Priority

Enter the priority value.

Target Name

Target name denotes the course title.

Target URL

Target URL denotes the course URL.

Target Description

Enter detail about the course.

Target Framework

Enter the course framework details.

Target Code

Enter course code.

Tags

Enter tags related to this badge course mapping.

Expiry

Select the expiry option about this badge course mapping. Expiry indicates when the badge to course mapping gets expired. There are three expiry options:

Never - Not going to expire.

Fixed Date - Particular date till which this badge remains applicable to the course.

Relative Date - Number of days after the date of badge issue, that the badge course mapping will expire.

Active

Check “Active” check box if the badge is active.

Submit

Click Submit button to save the badge to course mapping details.​

System displays a message once badge has been successfully created for course mapping record.
