Add New Program

 

Overview:

 

Administrative User is able to enroll individual learner to a course by going to user management, searching for the learner, and editing learner's profile.

The learner’s course participation history is shown in the Course listing grid shown at bottom part of the Edit User interface. Click Add New Program option to enroll learner for other course(s).

 

Add New Program

Selecting Add New Program opens Create Course User interface.

 

 

Participant First Name

Participant's First Name is displayed.

 

Last Name

Participant's Last Name is displayed.

 

Course Code

System populates course code(s) as you are typing in the letters of the course code. Select the course code which is registered or completed by the learner.

 

 

System displays an alert message, if the selected course is in Preview mode:

Status

Status value indicates learner's status regarding the course. For example, Registered, Completed, etc.

 

Comments

Enter comments related to this course participation by the learner.

 

Certificate Specific Information

The Certification Specific Information section displays certificate(s) offered for this course and the credit you want to offer.

 

Select appropriate certificate of credit, and credit amount, if you want to provide a certificate of credit to the learner.

 

Administrative user can submit the records without selecting certificate of credit option. This will just register/enroll learner into the course and learner will receive Email confirmation of the registration/enrollment.

 

Save & Email Certificate

Click Save & Email Certificate option to save this enrollment and send learner an Email confirmation of the registration/enrollment.

 

Evaluation Only

Select Evaluation Only option, if certificate is not require to issue. System displays a confirmation message when you are selecting this option. Select Continue, if you are sure about not to issue certificate else select Cancel.

 

 

Submit & Cancel

Click Submit button to save the changes made to this course enrollment details.

 

Click Cancel button to cancel the action of updating course enrollment details.

 

 

Saved enrollment is now listed in Course(s) grid:

Edit

Click Edit icon to update course to user enrollment detail.

 

 

 

You can also update user certificate credit amount.

Update Certificate Credit Amount

Click Edit icon to update the certificate credit amount.

 

 

Click Edit icon to open Update Certificate Credit Amount window.

 

New Credit Amount

Select New Credit Amount.

 

Submit

Click Submit to update certificate credit amount.

 


System displays a confirmation message before updating certificate credit. Click on Yes to submit the certificate email for updated certificate credit or click on No to submit without sending certificate email

 

Cancel

Click Cancel to cancel updating certificate credit amount.

 

 

You can also unregister the course to learner enrollment entry by selecting Unregister option.

 

System displays a confirmation message before unregistering the course. Select Yes, if you are sure to unregister this course to learner enrollment else click No.
