Reset Password

Overview:

Reset Password option under Action column provides administrative user with the ability to send an email for learner to reset their password.

System displays a message once password reset email has been sent successfully:

Email which is sent to the learner:

	Click Here to Reset Password...
	Select “Click here” link in email, then follow instructions to reset password.

System opens the interface below when learner selects “Click here” link provided in email:
