Course Title

Enter appropriate title of the course. This is a required data field.

Course Code

Enter appropriate code value for the course. This is a required data field. Automatic course code will be assigned and administrative user has an option to overwrite the course code if required.

External URL

Enter the external/3rd party URL to be redirected to.

Alternate Title

Enter appropriate title of the course. This is not a required data field.

Specialty/Disease State

Select applicable Specialty/Disease State values for the course. You can select multiple Specialty/Disease State values.

Course Format

Select the course format. Select one of the applicable formats of the course.

You can define course formats on an as needed basis using Setup -> Option Management administrative feature. Course formats are defined with Option Group equals to “Type” under Options Management.

Course Duration

Enter the course duration value in hours. For example, 1.00 (1 hour), 1.25 (1 hour and 15 minutes), 1.50, 2.00, etc.

Faculty

Enter the Faculty member's name. This information will be shown at the course level in course catalog.

Course Date

Enter or select the start date of the curriculum. This will be the date when curriculum will be available to the learners to participate.

End Date

Enter or select the end date of the curriculum. This will be the date till when learners will be able to participate.

Close Enrollment

Check the "Close Enrollment?" check box, if enrollment to participate in the course is required to be closed.

Close Enrollment Message

Define the Close Enrollment message text. Use the text editor features to apply formatting to the message text.

Course Logo File

Upload appropriate logo/thumbnail for the course you want to display in the course catalog. Note: Image size must be 202 * 108 pixels.

Save & Cancel

Click Save button to save record.

Click Cancel button to cancel the action of adding a new course record.
