Overview:
The Audit Trail report displays the audit history (changes made) for the selected course for different operations e.g., Insert, Update, Delete, Copy, etc.

Operation |

Select the operation from the drop down menu. For example, Insert, Update, Delete, Copy, etc. Report will display audit history records for the selected operation. |

|
Search |
|
|
Click Search button to run the report based on the filter(s) selected. The payment/refund information will be shown. |
|
|
|
|
|
Result Grid |
|
|
Result grid lists records based on the report criteria selected. It lists the following information about the learners: |
|
|
|
• Date: Date and time value the action/operation happened. • Name: Name of the user name who ran the operation. • Module Name: Impacted module name. • Operation: Name of the operation carried out. • Course Name: Course name for which operation was carried out. • View: Click View icon to view more detail about the operation. It opens an overlay window and display detail like Date, User, Session ID, Module Name, Curse Name, Description, etc. about the operation.

Filter |

You can further filter the searched results records by applying filter on any of the grid column headers. |

View |
|
|
Click View icon to view more detail about the operation.
It opens an overlay window and displays details about the operation such as Date, User, Session Id, Module Name, Course Name, Description, etc.. |

|
Navigation Bar |
|
|
Navigation bar allows administrative user to navigate to First, Previous, Next, and Last pages of the audit log by clicking appropriate buttons. |
