Media Progress Summary

 

 

Overview:

 

Administrative user will be able to review media (audio/video) for LMS, course OR course education (if applicable). Tracking detail of all pages of LMS including course catalog, course participation pages (i.e. course information page, pre/post/eval/certificate pages, education page,etc.) between two dates will be shown.

 

 

Filters

Administrative user will be able to filter records by the following filters:

 

 

• Select Code: If course code will be selected data shown in this report will be specific to the course otherwise this report will show LMS wide metrics. Select or enter the course code for which session detail will be shown.
 

• Select Media: Select the media type from the drop down for which general analytics summary is required to be shown. This will dynamically load once course code is selected.
 

• Select User Type: Select the user type from the drop down for which general analytics summary is required to be shown.
 

• From Date: Select the date from which date (including) onwards media progress information will be shown.
 

• To Date: Select the date till which date (including) media progress information will be shown. If the From Date is selected but the To Date is not selected, then the system brings all media progress information starting from the selected From Date.
 

Search

Click the Search button to run the general analytical summary for media progress detail based on the filter(s) selected.

 

Summary

Summary section will display information about Avg. Media Duration in minutes, Count of total media views and Avg. Media Completion in %age.

 

Result Grid

Result grid lists records based on the report criteria selected. It lists below information about the learners.

 

 

 Media Name: Name of the media file name/title.

• Page: Page name the media is seen.

 Media Type: Media type. It could be audio, video, etc.

• Total Duration: Total duration of the media.

 Completion: How much part/duration of the media seen by the user.

 Completion(%): How much %age of the media duration seen by the user.

• User: Name of the user.

• Date: Date on which media is seen.

 

Filter

You can further filter the searched results records by applying filter on any of the grid column headers.

 

Save Data as Excel

Save Data as Excel feature will export the information in Excel format.
 

 

Back to Dashboard

Click Back to Dashboard option to go back to Web Analytics Dashboard page.
