Unregister Learner

Overview:

Course Participation Progress report provides a feature to unregister learner from the course. Learner's data from subsequent features will be deleted upon unregistering learner from the course (i.e. payment, pre/post-assessment, evaluation, certificate of credit).

Note: Refund must be initiated if the course was purchased.

At the bottom of the result grid, below features are available. Select the learner record from the result grid by checking the check box beside the "Name (Email)" column and click the Unregister Learner button.

Upon selecting this feature, an overlay window will be shown:

Select Yes to unregister the learner from this course and send notification about the same to the learner.
