Add Forum Topic

Overview:

This feature allows administrative user to add new forum topic.

	Select Course Code
	Forum topics are grouped under different course code. Select course code for which you want to add a new forum topic.

Add Forum Topic

Click Add Forum Topic opens Add Forum topic interface:

	Description
	Enter forum topic description.
