Curriculum-List Only

Overview:

Learners are able to select curriculum list only from the course catalog only if curriculum list-only is setup for public access.

Administrative user is able to add curriculum list-only course type by selecting the "Add New" button on the course listing grid and then selecting Course Type equals to Curriculum and checking the "List Only Course" check box.
