Overview:
Course Participation Progress report provides feature to send Email communication on as needed basis.
At the bottom of the result grid, below features are available. Select the learner record from the result grid by checking the check box beside the "Name (Email)" column and click the Notify Learner(s) button.
Upon selecting this feature, overlay window will be shown:
Select Template |

System provides some pre-defined standard templates.
Select the Email template from the drop down list to be used to send the notification Email to the learner. Update the Email content, if required.

Use the Text Editor features to apply formatting to the Email content. |

Email Content |
|
Enter the Email content. Use the Text Editor features to apply formatting to the Email content. |

Send CC to me |
|
Select Send cc to me check box, if the administrative user should receive the copy of the Email sent to the learner. |

|
Preview |
|
Select Preview button to review how the Email will look like. The Preview Email Template overlay window has two options i.e. Preview and Preview with data. |
