Event Calendar Management

 

Overview:

 

This feature allows administrative user to add calendar events which will appear on the calendar view for all learners as well as on the catalog page on front-end.

 

ü Events are global and shown on front-end under course catalog feature as well as on event calendar feature of learner's dashboard.

ü Event Calendar is having Monthly, Weekly and List View.

 

 

Display Event Calendar on Front-End

Select “Display Event Calendar on Front-End” check box if event calendar needs to be shown on front-end.

 

Event Listing Grid

Event listing grid lists all LMS events to be shown on event calendar.

 

Filter

Use the filter option available for each data column in the listing grid to filter records based on that data column.

Export To Excel

Click Export To Excel button to export the calendar events in MS Excel file.

 

Add New

Click Add New button to add new calendar event.

 

Edit

Click Edit button to update calendar event detail.

 

Delete

Click Delete button to remove calendar event.

 

Navigation Bar

Navigation bar having option buttons to go Previous, Next, First and Last page of the listing grid to view all available records.
