Add Event

 

Overview:

 

This feature allows administrative user to add new calendar event.

 

Add New

Selecting Add New option opens New Event interface to add a new calendar event.

 

 

 

Event Title

Enter the event name/ title.

 

Event Description

Enter detail about the event.

 

Use Text Editor feature to apply require formatting to event description.

 

Event From Date & Time

Enter the start date and time of the event.

 

You can enter the event date in MM/DD/YYYY format or click the date picker icon to select event start date and time picker to select event start time.

 

Event To Date & Time

Enter the end date and time of the event.

 

You can enter the event date in MM/DD/YYYY format or click the date picker icon to select event end date and time picker to select event end time.

 

Is On

Select Is On to mark the event active else uncheck the check box to inactive the event.


Only active events will be shown on event calendar.

 

Save & Cancel

Click Save button to save the event.

 

Click Cancel button to cancel the action of adding event.
