Certificate Template Name

Enter certificate template name you want to create.

Certificate Template Type

Select certificate template type for which you want to create a new certificate. Certificate Template Type will be shown as selected if you have already selected the same on Certificate Template Management interface.

Bcc Email

Enter the Bcc Email address(es), if you want want to send copy of Email to any other administrative user(s).

Note: Only the sender of a message can see the names of Bcc recipients.

Certificate Template Content

Enter the certificate content or body text of certificate. Use Text Editor to apply require formatting to the content.

Is Active?

Select Is Active? check box if the certificate template is to be used else uncheck to mark the certificate inactive.

Is Default?

Select Is Default? check box if this certificate can be used as a default for the course, if any other certificate is not set for the course.

Help

Actual values about the participant and course will be generated dynamically at the time of sending certificate to the learners. In certificate configuration activity, you are require to use the tokens /placeholders for the data fields which will be replaced with the actual values.

Selecting Help option lists all available tokens which can be used for the certificate configuration. For example, [[First Name]], [[Course Title]], [[Credit]], etc. The actual value of participant’s first name, course title user participated and credit value will be replaced while system generates actual certificate to be sent to participant.

Preview

Preview option allows you view the certificate before finalizing the certificate for the use.

Save & Cancel

Click Save button to save the certificate template else click Cancel if you do not want not to save this certificate.
