Archive Course Management

 

Overview:

 

This feature allows administrative user to edit/delete a course and also Map/Move, Unarchive course(s). 

 

User can also manage this courses in a Folder structure by creating folders and assigning templates to those folders.

 

Map/Move Courses

Administrative user is able to Map/Move course(s) to a folder by selecting this option.

 

Unarchive Courses

Administrative user will be able to unarchive course from Archive management by selecting this option.

 

Create Folder

Administrative user will be able to create folder by selecting this option.

 

Edit Course

Click Edit icon to update currently selected course(s).

 

Delete Course

Click Delete icon to remove currently selected course(s).

 

Global Courses selection

Click this check box to select all the courses in the table grid at once.

 

Folder Courses selection

Click this check box to select all the courses in the folder at once.

 

Individual Course selection

Click this check box to select individual course.
