Evaluation

Overview:

If evaluation is configured, evaluation questions will show up after post-assessment step.

Evaluation questions can be configured from single selection, multi-selection, open-ended text box, Single selection with text box, Rating control, and Multi-rating control types. Evaluation questions can be mandatory (configurable).

Update Survey Information

Click Update Survey Information button to update the Survey Information. Update Survey Information screen will open as shown below.

Enter the required information for Survey Title and Survey Description and click Submit button to save.

	Survey Title
	Enter the Survey Title.

	Survey Description
	Enter the Survey Description. Use Text Editor to apply require formatting to the Survey Description text.

	Submit
	Click Submit button to save the Survey Title and Survey Description detail.

	Survey Information
	This section shows Survey Title and Survey Description. Click Update Survey Information button to update the Survey Information data.

Copy Evaluation

Administrative user can copy evaluation from other courses by selecting "Copy Evaluation" option. This feature will show from job code course code where administrative user wants to copy evaluation questions from.

	Copy From Job Code
	Enter the job code from where you want to copy the evaluation questions.

	Course Code
	Course codes will be populated based on the job code selected. Select the course code from where you want to copy the evaluation questions.

	Evaluation Questions Grid
	The evaluation grid lists the evaluation questions of the course.

	Select Question check box
	Click check box against question which you want to copy to the current course.

Copy

Click Copy button to copy selected question(s) to the current course. The copied questions will be shown on the Evaluation screen as shown below.

The evaluation grid lists the evaluation questions of the course. You can add new question(s), delete all and preview all questions.

Add New

Click Add New button to add a new evaluation question.

	Order
	Select the order of the question you want to display in the questions list on the front-end.

	Is Mandatory
	Select Is Mandatory option, if the question is required to be answered by the learner.

	Is Active?
	Select Is Active? option, if the question is required to display on the front-end. Question won’t be shown if the Is Active? is not checked. By default, this check box will be checked.

	Add Option
	The Add Option button allows to add answer options to the question.

	Option Grid
	The Option Grid lists all answer options of the question.

	Submit
	Click the Submit button to save the question.

	Question Type
	Select appropriate question type from the drop down list. For example, Text Box, Single Selection, Multiple Selection, etc.

	Control Alignment
	Select the alignment option about how you want to display the question on the front-end. The question can be listed either Horizontal or Vertical.
