Overview:
This feature allows administrative user to setup follow-up survey step, if applicable. This will be sent to learners after defined time range after learner will complete the course.

Check Show Correct Answer(s) on Summary Page check box to show correct answer(s) on Summary Page. |

Update Survey Information |

Click Update Survey Information button to update the Survey Information. Update Survey Information screen will open as shown below.
Enter the require value for Survey Title and Survey Description and click Submit button to save data. |

Survey Information section displays survey related configuration settings i.e. Survey Title and Survey Description. |

Copy Questions From |
|
Administrative user can copy follow-up survey from pre-assessment, post-assessment, follow-up and other follow-up survey from same or different course.

|
This feature has drop down with following values (Copy from Follow-up, Copy from Pre-Assessment, Copy from Post-Assessment, Copy from Evaluation) for copying follow-up survey questions. |
Follow-up Survey Question(s) Grid |

Follow-up Survey Question(s) grid list follow-up survey questions. You can add new question, edit and delete existing record. |

Add New |
|
Click Add New to add new follow-up survey question. |
|

Delete All |
|
Click Delete All button to delete all follow-up survey questions. System displays a warning message before deleting the question(s) as shown below. |

Preview All |
|
Click Preview All button to review how questions will be shown on front-end. You can update the questions detail before finalizing. |

|
Save & Cancel |
|
Click Save button to save the follow-up survey configurations.
Click Cancel button to cancel the action of updating detail. |
