Overview:
This feature allows administrative user to create exit survey that will be applicable at the course level.
Administrative user will be able to setup exit survey at the course level if there is a need to collect additional data from learners if learner chooses to move away from the course in the midst of course participation.
Exit survey will appear to the learner if learner tries to click out of the page that is not pertaining to the course.
Update Survey Information |

Click Update Survey Information button to update the Exit Course Feedback Survey Information. Update Survey Information screen will open as shown below.
Enter the require value for Survey Title and Survey Description and click Submit button to save data. |

Survey Information |

Survey Information section displays survey related configuration settings i.e. Survey Title and Survey Description. |

Copy Questions |
|
Administrative user can copy survey questions from other course by selecting "Copy Questions" option. |

Exit Course Feedback Questions Grid |
|
Exit Course Feedback grid list exit course feedback survey questions. You can add new question, edit, and delete existing record. |

Add New |
|
Click Add New to add new exit course feedback survey question. |
|
|
|
Delete All |
|
Click Delete All button to delete all exit course feedback survey questions. System displays a warning message before deleting the question(s) as shown below. |

Preview All |
|
Click Preview All button to review how questions will be shown on front-end. You can update the questions detail before finalizing. |
|
|
|
Save & Cancel |
|
Click Save button to save the exit course feedback survey configurations.
Click Cancel button to cancel the action of updating detail. |
